Our major collaboration is with Jennifer Lippincott-Schwartz and members of her laboratory with whom we share lab meetings and state-of-the-art microscopy and imaging techniques based on quantitative live cell-fluorescence; transmission electron microscopy, and newer techniques including Photoactivatable Laser Microscopy (PALM).
